We are currently working on a position within this leading Scottish law firm. The firm is seeking a senior level Solicitor to join its Financial Services Regulatory team based in either Edinburgh or Glasgow. You will provide expert advice on legal, regulatory and compliance issues across multiple areas, including drafting, negotiating, and reviewing a variety of contracts.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years’ PQE and have a solid knowledge of financial services, regulatory frameworks, and emerging industry trends. You will have a passion for financial services, particularly regulation and be solutions focussed as well as having excellent communication and analytical skills with a strong business development acumen.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work full-time with a successful and growing Scottish firm.
