We have been exclusively instructed on this new Family Law position with our client, a well-established Law Firm located in Morayshire, north of Scotland. The firm advises on a wide range of matters, including employment law, tax planning, trusts, property, and rural/agricultural issues.
The successful candidate will join the firm’s busy Family Law Team and should have between 2–5 years of post-qualification experience, with a strong background in litigation and practical expertise in financial matters, child custody, and divorce. You will manage a varied caseload of family law and civil litigation matters and must be comfortable handling both sensitive and complex cases.
You will work closely with a highly experienced partner, known for their expertise in litigation and mediation. This is a great opportunity for those with ties to the area or looking to relocate for a lifestyle change. Initially office-based, the firm is transitioning to case management software in early 2025, allowing for greater flexibility.
