A well-established and progressive law firm is seeking an experienced Associate to join its respected Family Law team, based in Glasgow. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled solicitor with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE to take on a senior role, managing a varied caseload that includes divorce, financial provision, contact, adoption, and guardianship matters.
The successful candidate will be confident in all aspects of client handling and advocacy, with experience progressing matters through the Sheriff Court and Court of Session where required. A strong understanding of family law procedure and a compassionate, client-focused approach are essential. This role also offers the opportunity to support junior colleagues and play an active role in business development within the department.
