This well regarded boutique law firm is recruiting an experienced litigator to join its expanding Glasgow office. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work on high-value Court of Session cases, including shareholder disputes, partnership disputes, contract disputes, and insolvency matters, within a supportive and collaborative team environment.

The ideal candidate will be a solicitor at the Associate or Partner level with a minimum of 4 years’ PQE and extensive experience in handling complex commercial disputes. The successful candidate will be expected to manage an existing caseload effectively and contribute to the team’s growth by generating new business opportunities.

This full-time position offers the option to work from home one day per week, with a strong office presence encouraged to support collaboration and strengthen client relationships.
