A well-established Scottish law firm is recruiting an experienced family lawyer to join its long-standing and highly regarded Family Law team in Edinburgh. This is an excellent opportunity to take on a varied and high-quality caseload, with a strong emphasis on complex separation and divorce matters, parental rights and responsibilities, and alternative dispute resolution.
The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years’ PQE and be confident managing their own caseload independently, while contributing to a collaborative and well-connected team. You will benefit from the firm’s long-running Family Law Conference, strong interdepartmental relationships, and established links with professionals across Scotland and beyond.
