Our client, a leading Scottish law firm, is currently recruiting an experienced English-qualified Private Client Solicitor to join its busy practice in Edinburgh. The department represents several large cross-border families, and as a firm, it has multiple English-qualified lawyers who are able to provide expertise on various English law matters, including English property work.

The role will involve handling complex trust and tax matters, offering an exciting opportunity to work with high-net-worth individuals and families.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years’ PQE with a strong background in private client work, particularly expertise in trusts, estates, and tax planning.
