This successful law firm is currently recruiting an experienced Property Solicitor to join its established team on a full-time basis. The role will involve a diverse range of responsibilities in property law, encompassing leasing, commercial developments, sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of titles, and discharges.
The firm is open to location and the post can be in either its Edinburgh, Glasgow or Perth offices, or based remotely in England or Wales for the right candidate. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years’ PQE in England & Wales (or be dual qualified). Prior experience in renewables is not mandatory for candidates with a solid background in commercial property and leasing transactions in England and Wales. Knowledge of land referencing and assembly, as well as infrastructure easements and options, is advantageous.
