This highly regarded law firm is currently recruiting an Associate to join its Energy Projects Team. The main focus of the role will be energy projects, in particular power projects however you will also expand your experience by assisting the energy and infrastructure sectors where required and providing regulatory advice.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting Partners and other associates, working autonomously on certain matters.
  • Contributing to the team’s business development and proactively engaging with clients in a social setting.
  • Being responsible for managing and supervising the more junior members of the team.
  • Preparing and delivering training, both internally and for clients, as part of your continued development.
  • The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years PQE , however consideration will be given to more junior or senior candidates. You will have a strong legal and academic background, with project, corporate, finance or regulatory experience in the energy sector being desirable. Fluency in a second language would be an advantage.
