Job Description:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Employment and Immigration Solicitor to join a large and successful Scottish law firm. The role offers flexibility with locations in Edinburgh, Glasgow, Aberdeen, and Inverness.
This role will primarily focus on employment litigation, HR advice, policy drafting, non-contentious transactional support, and client training. You will provide expert guidance on a wide range of employment matters, from fostering positive employee relations to handling disputes, while collaborating with the wider team on UK and international cases.
The ideal candidate will have between NQ-2 years PQE level and have experience in employment law within a commercial firm and the ability to manage their own caseload with supervision. You will demonstrate strong organisational skills, effectively handling competing priorities and meeting deadlines, alongside a genuine enthusiasm for employment law.
