This prominent Scottish law firm is currently recruiting a Tax Advisory Lawyer to join its Tax & Succession practice. Known for its expertise in legal and tax planning, the firm offers both professional and personalised services to clients, helping guide and manage their legal and tax affairs.
As a tax specialist, you will advise high-net-worth families on estate planning, trusts, asset protection, and estate administration. You will work with experts across various legal areas to provide integrated, holistic client advice.
Ideally, candidates will be Scottish qualified with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience. However, solicitors qualified in England & Wales, as well as professionals from the tax advisory sector with a similar level of experience, will also be considered. While legal qualifications are not required for tax professionals, they should have familiarity with the tax and succession issues our clients face.
The role will be primarily based in the Edinburgh office, with a hybrid working model available. The firm is open to both part-time and full-time candidates. You will either be a full STEP member or, depending on your professional qualifications and experience, be willing to complete the STEP diploma.
If this position could be of interest, please do not hesitate to get in touch with either Teddie or Cameron for an initial and confidential discussion.
