An exciting opportunity has arisen with our client, an international Law Firm in Edinburgh. The firm is currently looking to recruit an established Finance Lawyer to join its leading Structured and Project Finance Team, which is part of the firms wider Projects Group. This dynamic team engages in diverse finance and project work.
The chosen candidate will be responsible for tasks including, but not limited to:
- the development and financing of new energy and infrastructure projects
- managing refinancing
- providing operational support
- overseeing mergers and acquisitions relating to these projects
