Lead domestic and international real estate transactions for clients in infrastructure, retail, and government. Advise on development, investment, and leasing matters; draft and negotiate key real estate documents. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams; strong experience in due diligence and asset/portfolio management required. - Senior Associate, Commercial Real Estate – Glasgow (Assignment 17071)
Handle acquisitions, sales, leasing, and development for commercial clients including pension scheme providers. Draft and review contracts and titles; mentor junior staff and manage client relationships. Requires 6+ years’ PQE with strong communication skills and a client-focused approach; competitive benefits offered. - Real Estate – Edinburgh (Assignment 16873)
