We’ve seen a growing demand for experienced Property specialists within the legal profession, particularly at the senior level.   • Senior Associate, Real Estate – Glasgow/Edinburgh (Assignment 14614)
    Lead domestic and international real estate transactions for clients in infrastructure, retail, and government. Advise on development, investment, and leasing matters; draft and negotiate key real estate documents. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams; strong experience in due diligence and asset/portfolio management required.
  • Senior Associate, Commercial Real Estate – Glasgow (Assignment 17071)
    Handle acquisitions, sales, leasing, and development for commercial clients including pension scheme providers. Draft and review contracts and titles; mentor junior staff and manage client relationships. Requires 6+ years’ PQE with strong communication skills and a client-focused approach; competitive benefits offered.
  • Real Estate – Edinburgh (Assignment 16873)
    Advise on hotel, leisure, and city-centre development projects, including Build-to-Rent and luxury hotel deals. Work with funders, owners, and operators on acquisitions, expansions, and management agreements. Collaborate with banking, planning, and construction teams; 6+ years’ PQE in commercial real estate preferred.
