- Residential Conveyancing – Edinburgh or Glasgow (Assignment 16991)
- Provide high-quality service in sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and complex cases, working with high-net-worth clients.
- Meet fee income targets, accurately record time, and ensure prompt billing, alongside monthly certification and staying updated on legal developments.
- Require at least 8 years' PQE with strong legal expertise, working independently, and potentially supervising other conveyancers in an office-based role.
- Commercial (IP/IT) – Edinburgh or Glasgow (Assignment 16581)
- Work with high-profile clients, including global brands and FTSE 100/250 companies, handling complex, international matters and both routine and major projects.
- Require at least 8 years' PQE in IP, IT, or commercial law with experience in managing clients and driving business development.
- Lead and advise on commercial, IP, and IT matters, contributing to the firm's growth and expanding its presence in Scotland and the national Commercial team.
