We are pleased to be working with a successful and internationally recognised law firm that is recruiting for a Senior Associate to join its Real Estate team in Edinburgh. The firm is known for its high-quality property work, diverse client base, and strong commitment to developing and progressing its people.

The role will involve working on a broad range of commercial real estate matters, including:

  • Acquisitions and disposals
  • Commercial lettings and asset management
  • Development and regeneration projects
  • Real estate support for corporate and finance transactions
  • Client advisory work for institutional investors, developers, and major corporates

The firm is looking for a qualified solicitor with a minimum of 5 years' PQE and strong technical experience across commercial real estate. Candidates should have excellent drafting skills, the ability to supervise junior colleagues, and a proactive, commercially focused approach.
