We have an ongoing opportunity for a full-time Senior Associate role in a prominent Scottish law firm, with openings available in Edinburgh, Glasgow, or Aberdeen within the Pensions division. This opportunity welcomes applications from lawyers qualified in both English and Scots law.
Candidates should possess experience in corporate transactional support work and general pensions law commensurate with their level of qualification. Ideally, they should also demonstrate familiarity with DB schemes, including benefit and documentation matters, as well as project work such as GMP equalisation and de-risking.
The role entails close collaboration with partners and supervision of junior team members. Hybrid work is also available within this organization.
