A well-established UK law firm is looking for an experienced solicitor (5+ years PQE) to join its Banking & Finance team, either in Edinburgh or Glasgow. This permanent position is suited to a Senior Associate or Legal Director who is passionate about finance law and keen to work on a broad range of transactional and advisory matters, including real estate finance, leveraged finance, and corporate funding.
