We have been instructed on this new commercial vacancy with our client, an independent Scottish law firm. The firm is currently recruiting a newly qualified solicitor to join its Real Estate team on a full-time basis; the post will primarily be based in Edinburgh however the firm is offering flexibility between the Edinburgh and Glasgow office if this were required.
The role is varied and interesting; the successful candidate can expect to be involved and gain exposure to different types of commercial property matters such as:
- Handling key referral forms and portfolio deals
- Landlord and tenant estate management transactions
- Providing advice to leisure and retail clients
- Working with local authorities
The team is looking to recruit a qualified solicitor at NQ level who has a keen interest in the property industry. Completion of a seat in this area during traineeship would be beneficial however not essential.
