Our client, a leading Scottish law firm, is currently recruiting for an Associate and/or Senior Associate to join their Real Estate Team in Edinburgh. This role provides the opportunity to offer legal advice on a wide range of commercial real estate matters, particularly in hotel and leisure transactions, while contributing to major projects.
Key responsibilities include:
- Advising lenders and funders on financing high-end luxury hotel acquisitions in Scotland and internationally.
- Supporting hotel owners, investors, and operators with portfolio management, expansion plans, and Hotel Management Agreements in collaboration with the hospitality team.
- Contributing to high-end Build-to-Rent and city-centre Living Sector developments.
- Working closely with senior associates, as well as banking, planning, and construction teams, to deliver comprehensive legal support.
