We are currently working on this real estate position with our client, an international Law Firm with an Edinburgh based office in Scotland. The firm is seeking an English-qualified real estate Lawyer to join its Residential Development Team.
The role involves working with national and regional developers, including FTSE-listed housebuilders, to acquire land for residential development. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with clients, providing strategic legal advice and managing key relationships.
The ideal level for this role is at least 2 years’ PQE, with prior experience in real estate, particularly within residential development, preferred, along with strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to business development.
