This innovative law firm is currently recruiting a Professional Support Lawyer (PSL) to join its Pensions team in Edinburgh. The team is one of the UK’s largest, supporting trustee and employer clients across the public and private sectors. You will work on a range of client matters, offering expertise in areas such as automatic enrolment, pension legal advice, regulation and tax, public sector pensions, and pensions disputes or litigation.
The ideal candidate should have at least 6 years of post-qualified experience in pensions law, with a strong background in advising on pensions matters and transactions. They should also have experience in PSL-type tasks. Additionally, the candidate must be registered with the SRA or the Law Society of Scotland.
