Our client is currently seeking an Associate for its Private Client Team in Edinburgh. This full-service Law Firm offers a variety of services including Private Client, Family, Employment and Corporate Law.
This is an interesting role, and it will involve managing client portfolios in trusts, high-net-worth or cross-border executries, tax planning, and family business planning. The successful candidate will support contentious private client work, such as will challenges, beneficiary disagreements, legal rights claims, and complex trust issues.
The team is keen to speak with individuals who have at least 4 years post qualification experience in a private client focused role, ideally with experience in tax and trusts. The ideal candidates will possess qualifications such as STEP, ATT, or CTA (or be working towards them), and the team will provide support in these qualifications if required.
