We are currently working with our client, a major UK Law Firm, on an exciting Partner vacancy. The firm is currently seeking a Partner to lead its Banking & Finance Team, based in either its Edinburgh or Glasgow office.
The Banking & Finance team provides advice on a variety of financial transactions across different sectors including energy, healthcare, retail, and telecoms. The successful candidate will engage in areas including leveraged and acquisition finance, corporate lending, real estate finance, and asset-backed lending.
