This Global law firm are currently recruiting a Senior Associate to join its Corporate Transaction team in either Edinburgh or Glasgow. The ideal candidate should have between 2-6 years’ pqe and should have knowledge of corporate transactions within the M&A and equity funding environment.
The team deals with all types of corporate transactions, UK-wide and often with an international dimension. The practice encompasses:
- M&A
- Private equity and other equity funding
- Equity capital market transactions
- Joint ventures and other strategic alliances
- Corporate recovery mandates for public and private companies alike
A 4-day week and remote working will be considered.
