Exciting opportunity for a Solicitor to join this established Energy and Strategic Land Team. This is a varied and interesting role which will involve advising on commercial property work, transactions and projects.

Your key duties will include:

  • Drafting and negotiating contracts, offers, options, leases, securities and ranking agreements for solar, wind and battery storage projects.
  • Providing support on project management and maintenance of records and advice.
