We are delighted to be instructed on this new role with our client, a successful independent UK law firm, which is seeking a Corporate Tax Lawyer to join its team in Edinburgh. The team is known for providing innovative and effective solutions to a diverse client base, including major corporations, shareholders, real estate players, financial institutions, and public sector bodies.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop a broad skill set and gain valuable experience through a diverse and engaging workload. You will provide tax and structuring advice across a range of areas, including inbound investments, corporate mergers, and restructurings, as well as shareholder and investor taxation.
You will have at least 3 years’ PQE, with relevant experience handling high-quality corporate tax matters, and you will demonstrate strong teamwork and interpersonal skills. Experience in leading and supporting the development of others is important, and you must be a lawyer registered with either the SRA or the Law Society of Scotland.
