Our client, an independent UK law firm, is currently recruiting a Senior Associate to join its M&A team in Edinburgh. The team advises a diverse clientele, managing a broad spectrum of complex public and private mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and equity capital market deals, both in the UK and internationally.
Interested candidates should have a minimum of 6 years’ PQE with relevant experience in handling Corporate M&A and Private Equity transactions and must be a registered lawyer with the SRA or the Law Society of Scotland.
