Our client, a successful UK law firm headquartered in Scotland, currently has a need for a newly qualified solicitor to join its Corporate & Commercial team in either its Edinburgh or Glasgow office. The successful candidate will work directly with the partner and other solicitors in pensions and will advise employers on pension schemes both private sector and public sector, such as trustees, as well as advising on a range of funding and regulatory matters.
The ideal candidate for this position will be a qualified solicitor at NQ level, ideally with previous experience working with, or a genuine interest in pensions. Previous experience of corporate law would be beneficial however not essential.
