  • Non-Contentious Construction, Infrastructure & Projects – Glasgow/Edinburgh (Assignment 15436)
    Provide advice on building contracts, project agreements, bonds, guarantees, and facilities management contracts across sectors including transport, education, health, and social housing. Take on client-facing roles early and work on a variety of transactions within a fast-growing team. Ideal candidate: 3+ years’ PQE, up to Legal Director level, seeking long-term career in projects and construction; full-time with clear career progression.
  • Transactional Construction (Projects) – Aberdeen/Edinburgh/Glasgow (Assignment 12307)
    Focus on non-contentious transactional construction work for clients in construction, energy, and infrastructure sectors. Suitable for candidates with 4–8 years’ PQE, including general or contentious construction experience wanting to specialise. Flexible working available, including a 4-day workweek option.
  • Non-Contentious Construction – Edinburgh/Glasgow (Assignment 14298)
    Advise on major property developments, development agreements, building contracts, infrastructure, and energy projects. Handle construction-related legal matters within a successful team. Candidates: Minimum 2 years’ PQE with proven construction experience and ability to generate innovative solutions.
  • Principal Associate, Construction (Disputes/Contentious) – Edinburgh (Assignment 17540)
    Lead on large-scale contentious construction and engineering projects, providing strategic and commercial guidance. Manage caseloads, lead teams, support juniors, and contribute to business development. Required: 7+ years’ PQE in contentious construction law; strong client and commercial skills; hybrid/flexible work supported.
  • Construction (Contentious & Non-Contentious) – Edinburgh/Glasgow (Assignment 17119)
    Advise public and private sector clients on construction disputes, including mediation, adjudication, litigation, and arbitration. Work collaboratively across contentious and non-contentious teams on complex construction matters. Candidates: Minimum 4 years’ PQE, strong construction law background, excellent client management, competitive benefits.
  • PDL/Construction – Edinburgh (Assignment 16944)
    Support the Contentious Construction team by managing practice notes, training materials, and knowledge systems. Monitor legislative changes, market developments, and case law to update team practices; assist in delivering training. Required: 5+ years’ PQE, contentious construction experience, strong project management, excellent communication skills.
