This boutique commercial firm is currently looking for a solicitor to join its commercial litigation team. The ideal candidate will have between NQ – 9 years’ experience in commercial litigation work, however, our client will also consider an NQ 2022 level lawyer with a focused commercial litigation traineeship or some insolvency experience.
This role is based in Edinburgh or the Highlands and you will be involved in a range of work including insolvency, restructuring and commercial litigation. You will act for insolvency practitioners, directors, creditors, corporate and other law firms in Scotland and elsewhere.
To be considered for this role you must have litigation and a desire to progress your career in insolvency.
