This growing team is currently recruiting a Solicitor to join its IP/IT team in Glasgow or Edinburgh. The role will involve supporting the partner leading the team, and will focus primarily on the review, negotiation and drafting of transactional IP related commercial documentation, and general trading documentation, relating to UK and internationally established clients.

To be considered for this role you should be at the NQ – 4 years’ PQE level, an early 2022 qualifier would be considered. Experience pre-litigation work in relation to contentious matters would be helpful.
