This highly regarded law firm is currently seeking multiple lawyers to join its Banking & Finance Team in either Glasgow or Edinburgh. The team serves a diverse range of funders, including banks, insurers, and debt funds. The purpose of this role is to undertake a wide range of finance work, overseeing all aspects of lending transactions. While the work will primarily involve all Scottish partners, it may also involve partners from London.

Candidates should be between 2-7 years’ PQE level with broad knowledge in corporate banking law. Consideration will be given to both Scots law and/or English law candidates. The positions are full-time with hybrid working options available. Salary will be commensurate with level and experience.
