A client-focused firm with offices in the central belt area has entered the next phase of its succession plan. Following a recent internal restructure, the firm is now seeking an experienced Solicitor to join its dynamic Corporate Team. This role is based in either Glasgow, Edinburgh or Ayr, with the benefit of a hybrid working model.
The Corporate Team advises a diverse range of businesses on all aspects of corporate and commercial law, including:
- Company incorporations, purchases, and sales
- Shareholders’ agreements
- Business and asset acquisitions
- Formation of partnerships and LLPs
- Incorporation of Community Interest Companies (CICs)
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ PQE, up to Partner level, with solid experience in corporate and commercial matters, and the confidence to manage transactions independently. A proactive attitude toward business development and a desire to progress to director level are essential. Experience mentoring junior team members would be a valuable asset.
