Our client, a growing city-centre Law Firm is seeking an experienced Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join its expanding Litigation Team in Glasgow.

The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of commercial disputes, appearing in the Sheriff Courts and the Court of Session, and representing clients in tribunals, arbitrations, and mediations. Key responsibilities include preparing pleadings, instructing experts and counsel, attending consultations, and contributing to business development efforts. You will be supported by experienced partners, fellow solicitors, trainees, and a dedicated administrative team.

Interested applicants should have a minimum of one year PQE and demonstrate strong litigation experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent technical and communication skills, a proactive and positive approach, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Candidates qualifying this year with a focus in Dispute Resolution work would also be considered.
