Our client, a growing city-centre Law Firm is seeking an experienced Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join its expanding Litigation Team in Glasgow. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of commercial disputes, appearing in the Sheriff Courts and the Court of Session, and representing clients in tribunals, arbitrations, and mediations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing pleadings
  • Instructing experts and counsel
  • Attending consultations
  • Contributing to business development efforts

You will be supported by experienced partners, fellow solicitors, trainees, and a dedicated administrative team. Interested applicants should have a minimum of one year PQE and demonstrate strong litigation experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent technical and communication skills, a proactive and positive approach, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Candidates qualifying this year with a focus in Dispute Resolution work would also be considered.
