This firm is currently recruiting an experienced Solicitor to join its corporate team in either its Edinburgh, Glasgow or Perth office. To be considered for this role, you should have at least 3 yearsβ pqe and strong corporate experience. Business development experience would be beneficial.
You will carry out mainstream corporate transactions and assist clients with wider commercial legal issues, including commercial contracts.
