This firm is currently recruiting an experienced Solicitor to join its corporate team in either its Edinburgh, Glasgow or Perth office. To be considered for this role you should have at least 3 years’ pqe and strong corporate experience, it would also be beneficial to have business development experience. You will carry out mainstream corporate transactions with an ability to assist clients with wider commercial legal issues including commercial contracts. This is an exciting opportunity to build your career in corporate and commercial law acting for a range of clients from large companies to SMEs and to gain exposure to corporate work for clients of the firm’s market-leading sectors including energy and land and rural business.
