We have been instructed by our client, an award-winning commercial Law Firm, on a new corporate role. A leading provider of legal services to investors, entrepreneurs, and high-growth companies, the firm is expanding and is seeking a Lawyer to join its busy team in Edinburgh.
The successful candidate will provide comprehensive corporate advice focused on high-growth businesses and investors, handling acquisitions, working on Scottish and English deals, equity investments, spinouts, and restructurings. The team also manages international deals, offering opportunities to work on US transactions.
