Our client, a growing law firm, is currently looking to recruit an experienced Solicitor to join its successful Corporate Team in Edinburgh or Glasgow. You will be involved in all aspects of corporate work including:

  • Company purchase and sales
  • Corporate restructuring
  • Commercial contracts
  • Corporate governance
  • Joint venture and shareholders agreements

in both the UK and International market. The ideal candidate for this position should be at the senior associate/partner level.
