This award-winning law firm currently has a vacancy for a lawyer to join its Corporate team. The firm operates on a hybrid basis, and the position can be based in Inverness, Elgin, or surrounding areas.
The team is one of the largest in the country, handling complex corporate transactions including commercial contracts, M&A, corporate restructuring, regulatory compliance, and governance. This is a client-facing role suitable for lawyers with 1-6 years PQE, preferably with experience in corporate transactions. Connections to the Highlands, Islands & Moray are desirable but not essential.
