This award-winning law firm currently has a new vacancy for a lawyer to join its Corporate team; the firm operates on a hybrid working basis and the post can be held in either Inverness or Elgin (or surrounding areas).
The team is one of the largest in the country and covers a variety of complex corporate transactions including commercial contracts, M&A, corporate restructuring, regulatory compliance and corporate governance.
This is a mainly client-facing role and the team is keen to speak with lawyers at the 1-6 years PQE, ideally with previous experience of corporate transactions. The role would be suited to those with connections to the Highlands, Islands & Moray, however this is not essential.
