This award-winning law firm currently has a new vacancy for a lawyer to join its Corporate team. The firm operates a hybrid working basis, and the position can be based in Inverness, Elgin, or surrounding areas.
The team is one of the largest in the country, handling complex corporate transactions such as commercial contracts, M&A, corporate restructuring, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance. The role is mainly client-facing, and the firm is interested in lawyers with 1-6 years of PQE, preferably with experience in corporate transactions. Connections to the Highlands, Islands & Moray are advantageous but not essential.
