This well-established Scottish law firm is currently seeking a Corporate Lawyer to join its busy practice in either Glasgow or Dundee. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded solicitor to work closely with an experienced partner and gain hands-on exposure to a broad range of transactional matters, supporting clients across Scotland and beyond.

The successful candidate will advise on a variety of corporate work, including M&A transactions, private equity and investment deals, joint ventures, and group reorganisations. You will play a key role in structuring deals, building long-term client relationships, and contributing to the development of junior colleagues within a collaborative and high-performing team.

This is a role that offers quality deal flow and the chance to work on dynamic transactions across a wide range of sectors. Applicants should have a minimum of 2 years’ PQE in corporate law and be confident managing transactions and engaging directly with clients. A strong grounding in M&A and general corporate matters is essential, as is a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach.

The team is looking for someone who is motivated, team-oriented, and ready to play a meaningful role in shaping the growth of the practice. This is a full-time, permanent role, with flexible hybrid working arrangements available.
