Our client, a well-established and diverse Law Firm is currently recruiting for a qualified Solicitor to join its leading Corporate Team which is one of the highest profiles in Scotland.
The role will involve working with various international companies, fund managers, private equity matters and investment banks. You will work closely with other leading teams within the business including Real Estate, Restructuring and Business Advisory and Banking.
The team is keen to hear from Lawyers between the 2-4 years’ PQE level with direct corporate finance transactional experience, however, consideration will be given to individuals with less direct experience in this field but who demonstrate a strong aptitude and enthusiasm for applying their skills to this challenging and dynamic area of work.
