Our client, an independent UK law firm, is currently recruiting a Corporate Energy Lawyer to join its Corporate M&A team in Edinburgh. The team advises developers, investors, and funders on a wide range of projects, including solar, wind, anaerobic digestion, hydro, and energy-from-waste, as well as broader energy transition and Net Zero initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ PQE, with experience in corporate law, and a particular focus on the energy sector. Experience in handling renewable energy transactions is essential. Candidates must be registered with either the SRA or the Law Society of Scotland.
