This highly regarded firm is currently recruiting an Associate/Senior Associate to join its highly regarded Corporate Team. This is a busy team who advise on M&A, Commercial Contracts, Employee Ownership Trusts, Data Protection, Intellectual Property, Media and Publishing and Competition Law.
The team is keen to hear from an experienced practitioner already operating at senior level, with extensive knowledge of corporate law and previous experience of handling non-contentious commercial contracts matters.
