Our client is currently recruiting an experienced Senior Solicitor to join its Construction and Engineering Team in either Edinburgh or Glasgow. The team advises on a range of high-profile and complex construction matters, including contentious claims and insurance disputes, across various formal dispute processes such as mediation, adjudication, litigation and arbitration.

The firm is seeking candidates with a minimum of 4 years’ PQE, up to Legal Director level with prior experience in construction and litigation. You should also have experience representing clients in the Court of Session and the Sheriff Court.
