Job Description:
Our client, a Scottish firm, is seeking a qualified solicitor experienced in contentious construction to join its busy Glasgow team.
The successful candidate can expect handle a varied and interesting caseload of contentious construction matters, this will include providing advice to clients on contracts, construction disputes, and subrogated recoveries. You will also act on behalf of a variety of clients within the construction industry such as professional consultants, employers, contractors and local authorities.
To be considered for this role, you should be a qualified solicitor between 1-5 years’ PQE. Previous experience of construction and/or property law, construction insurance litigation or commercial construction is essential to this role.
