We are delighted to be instructed on this Contentious Construction Associate for our client’s Aberdeen, Edinburgh or Glasgow office.

You will have a good knowledge and experience in contentious construction law including process plant, building work and/or infrastructure. You will be able to demonstrate in the key areas of law and be able to provide precise and practical advice on contentious matters.

Our client is interested in hearing from candidates with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE with their expertise primarily in contentious construction law. They should have gained their experience in a large or medium sized firm. Some drafting skills would be advantageous as would having a strong commercial awareness.

This role requires candidates who are Scottish or English qualified and keen to progress their career with a leading contentious construction team.
