We are delighted to be instructed on this Contentious Construction Associate role for our client’s offices in Aberdeen, Edinburgh, or Glasgow. You should have solid knowledge and experience in contentious construction law, including process plant, building work, and infrastructure projects. You will be able to demonstrate expertise in key legal areas and provide precise, practical advice on contentious matters.
Our client is interested in candidates with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE, primarily in contentious construction law, gained in a large or medium-sized firm. Some drafting skills and strong commercial awareness would be advantageous. This role is suitable for candidates who are Scottish or English qualified and eager to advance their careers within a leading contentious construction team.
