The role will involve working on a broad range of construction and engineering disputes, including:
- Handling adjudications, mediations, Expert Determinations and conciliations
- Acting in international and domestic arbitrations
- Managing Pre-Action Protocol matters within the construction and engineering sphere
- Conducting litigation in the Technology and Construction Court and Scottish courts
- Providing strategic contractual advice throughout the project lifecycle
The firm is seeking a solicitor with a minimum of 8 years’ PQE, with proven experience handling complex, high-value contentious construction matters.
